Hi, Pam, there should be no difficulty creating new roles during a Governance meeting. The software will allow anyone in the circle to do that. It's usual for the Secretary to do the typing, but anyone can do it if the Secretary is on vacation or otherwise absent.

Sorry about that! Some development changes appear to have accidentally shut that off. I have gone back into the settings for the 3 clients and have made some changes, so they should be good for now. Please email us if they continue to have problems.

Move Role from Sub Circle to another Sub Circle - how

[@mention:523162737680436711] If you're moving a role from one sub-circle to another, and both of those sub-circles are in the same super-circle, it should only take one Governance meeting. (It does take two agenda items.) Or did I misunderstand?
