Hello all, Yesterday I posted an article on Medium called The Most Dangerous Notion in "Reinventing Organizations" . I touch on Holacracy (in a positive way I think!) but mostly am critiquing one aspect of the book by Frederic Laloux. I would love to hear your thoughts! Jessica

Taking Individual Action -- Only from a Role or not ...

I am confused about whether any individual actions you take need to be within an assigned role or not. The way I read the constitution, it seems like individual actions need to be coming from a Role, but I believe Glassfrog allows you to assign a next action or project to someone as an Individual...
