Roles with No Purpose

The Constitution states that a role has one or more attributes of 'Purpose', 'Domains' and 'Accountabilities'. In what situations would a role exist without a Purpose? I do not see how a role can exist if it does not have a goal to pursue?

I agree with Sergey.  Very simple changes help to make the Retrospectives more interesting.  One, for example, would be to put your 'sad', 'glad' and 'mad' stickers on a timeline of the period you are talking of in the retrospective and get people to draw a line of how they were feeling on the ti...
