Alexia, the Likewise Polity does not change anything substantial . . . that level of customization is what apps are for, right? As Holacracy embraces the call to outgrow HolacracyOne, these types of integrations ought to make more and more sense. I'm just happy to have access to the wisdom that p...

Is there a way to map GlassFrog to the Constitution file so that management software pulls its display language from the Constitution file itself. If so, could we users then select which version of the Constitution for our context, allowing GF to remap to our language? This would address not only...

Project / Duty To Process
It seems to me that the accountability is not to do it, but to ensure that it gets done. This may be what Rebecca has in mind. If memory serves, there's even something in the Constitution about helping each other when such help does not interfere with one's already accepted priorities. This could...

Holacracy in creative environments
Koen, there are proven benefits for creativity when it comes to structure. Shakespeare embraced the structure of iambic pentameter, which is tough to compose and still sound coherent. A creative person will overcome the personally imposed limitations of structure when s/he embraces the possibilit...

Can I include a condition in a domain ?

Thank you for raising this tensio...

Incomplete Role
@Tyler, it seems to me that if a role has a domain, then it must have at the very least the purpose of justifying and protecting the domain’s existence. If memory served, a role has a title, a purpose, and may have a domain and/or accountability. With regard to accountability, what can the organi...

Remove Rep Link
[@mention:456167666726491228], what tension does removing subcircle representation solve? Also, how do you envision this "Team Happiness Circle" having a voice in and delivering value into the organization under what appears at first glance to be a rather isolated construct?

Employees
If I understand you correctly, the tension is that some participants in the organization still act/think like employees who require management. Volunteers are tricky. The biggest factor for their success with the experience is what we call "return on mission" (RoM). Changing accountability of another role
