I was wondering if Lead link should energise some Roles themselves rather than just energising the unfilled roles if and when required. Appreciate your input :)

Does every role have a domain? Confused by Section 1.1

Every Role needs a name, purpose and list of accountabilities but the domain is optional. Mind you each of this could be altered anytime in Governance meeting.

What to do when the team is not interested in improving

Maybe if finding out the root cause why employees are not motivated in performance improvement will be useful. For example: How do they see the growth affecting them? Is there an overlap of personal values of the employees and organisational values?
