Dear Carlos, From what I read, it looks like you confuse two things: people and the organization. When you talk about team, what are you referring to? capacity and priorities in different circles
Christel, If I understand you correctly, it is up to the Lead Link of the Super-Circle (the one including both circles) to set a relative priority for a specific project. Saying “prioritise that role other this role” doesn't make sense itself because it depends on projects.

Accountabilities in Anchor Circle
You can't define accountabilities on the Anchor Circle because it represents the whole company. It doesn't make sense to expect something from the company and put an accountability on the anchor circle. You can simply propose an accountability directly on the role you want to expect something.

Accountabilities in Anchor Circle
An accountability is not describing what the role does (or the circle). An accountability is an explicit expectation for a role so that other roles can rely on this role to do something. Specific target for a policy
Hi Xavier, As you said, a policy applies to all the sub-circles by default so no need to go deep in the holarchy, you just have to constraint/authorize the upper sub-circle (which is seen as a role from the sub-circle perspective, “tinted windows”, “black box”) and it would apply to all the sub-c...

What is your purpose?
I love this idea Matt! Awesome! Our purpose at iGi Partners is “Sovereignty powered by Holacracy: the power of each individual and each institution to govern it/him/herself”.Our definition of Sovereignty: “Individual Sovereignty is the quality of a person or an institution to be obliged or determ...

What is your purpose?
About the decision process: we had different processes. Our favorite was to write to all our closest clients and ask them a few questions like: “what did iGi bring to you and your organization?”, etc.. We eventually came up with something. For this one, I guess it just came from watching the life ...

Hi Geoff, This article may help you: http://wiki.holacracy.org/index.php?title=PolicyA policy cannot “govern people outside of their roles (e.g., "Everybody must say hello in the morning")”.If you want to govern people, you need some kind of agreement between the company and the people.I am not t...

3.2.2 and 3.2.3 : practising issues
Hi Imrane, Difficult to answer “in theory” without a concrete case but here are some of the answers I can give: Tension : I don't know who to ask to do this "thing"Proposal we used to accept : Add Acc to Role X to do this "thing"How we should handle this : You don't have to handle it. 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 : practising issues
[@mention:450538002759581166] I am curious about the part “• Try to express the tension trough this user story format:"As <role>, I want <goal/desire> so that <benefit>."”I don't use it and as a Facilitator I don't want to give the proposer such a frame. So I am curious to learn...

[@mention:549059653907130620] I understand your point. Personally, I like the fact that we don't have too many push notifications on GF, it forces to go on the website regularly. I would be curious what are others doing!

Hi Imrane, For the Coach Training, depends if you want it in french. If so, I am the one organizing it and I will definitely schedule it soon. The pre requisite is to attend a Practitioner Training though... We cover a lot of the basics during that training as your colleague may have told you.Re ...

3.2.2 and 3.2.3 : practising issues
And also, one thing: at the beginning, as a Coach, I would not test the proposals, just because Holacracy is hard enough and the governance process is already very complex so if a person brings a tension, I don't want to stop her directly and get her frustrated with the process. If she brings a c...

3.2.2 and 3.2.3 : practising issues
Hi Imrane, Yes, I am afraid you need to attend the Practitioner Course. Congratulations on succeeding on the assessment though I love the term “designing the governance for nothing” and if everyone can understand the concept and laugh about, then it is won! If you need some support to register or...

On Call Role
I am not saying that a person should be available 24/7. By this policy, I am constraining the Lead Link who should assign enough person to make sure this role is filled 24/7. Does it make sense?

4.2.2 Attendance
Hi Geoff, My understanding is that you can't have a non-core circle member in the tactical meeting even invited by a link. And this makes sense because all the tensions brought to tactical meetings can be processed outside of this meeting (which is not true for governance). If a person is simply a ...

Hi Xavier, Thank you. I've been thinking about co-working spaces but if we all do that, then the question of money comes: who should pay? The company?
