Who represents the circle if both LL and RL are absent?

Hi everyone!

According to constitution, is there a rule that allows a circle to send a representative to a containing circle in case both LL and RL are absent? How do people usually manage that?

Hi [@mention:471649920894755840]. According to art 2.5.4(a). the Rep Link can assign somebody to replace him. For the LL there is no replacement from the Circle. The only thing that a LL can do is to ask somebody in the Super Circle to represent his Role (In the Super Circle the Sub Circle is seen as Role, so they have no Business with a LL role of that Sub Circle)

Hope this helps.
