I have a suggestion of improvement:

When I check someone's list of roles, then below by each role when someone is exlcluded from the meetings there is small asterix next to the role name, it would be helpful to have the same on top - on the list of roles.

The same issue with focus - I can find it below on detailed list, but it would be helpful to have it on top as well.
