I'm interested in understanding more about the Self Organization Maturity Map.  It looks to me like the current Constitution would support an organisation to meet Level 2 of this maturity map but not Level 4.  For example Level 4 for Lead Link talks about the organisation having processes that replace Lead Link authorities with peer-to-peer methods.  Is an organisation expected to evolve itself to a Level 4?

If I'm seeing this correctly.  What would a Constitution for a Level 4 look like or what could these processes and peer-to-peer methods be?
