Seeking Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to Formally Incorporate as Holarchic Non-Profit

My non-profit organization is seeking both to reorganize and formally incorporate as a non-profit in the State of Colorado. I would like to know if

 

a. There are any non-profits that have formally incorporated with Holarchic structure?

b. Has the IRS designated such an organization as a 501(c)3

c. If there are any examples of articles of incorporation or bylaws out there with Holarchic elements

d. If there are any tax lawyers ideally from Colorado familiar with Holarchy
