Rotating Engineering Support role

Hi there,

We have 4 people currently energizing a role called @EngineeringSupport, the purpose of which is, as it sounds, is that Customers with technical issues that cannot be resolved by @CustomerSupport receive a timely resolution of their issue.

We want to implement a weekly rotation where the role is energized by a different person each week.  How would you implement this?  Would you leave the role assigned to all 4 and break down the assignment somewhere else?  Or would you actually have @LeadLink change the role assignment every week?
