Request for data on success rate of the Holacracy Facilitation Assessment

Hi guys!

Hope you're having a wonderful day  

I was wondering if there's any data available related to the success rate of the Holacracy Facilitation Assessment. And if not, if it could be made available. As it is the same assessment to become certified Facilitator or Certified Coach I was wondering if you could share some insights about:

  • % of examinees who pass facilitator level on first try
  • % of examinees who pass coach level on first try
  • How many attempts (assessments) it takes on average to reach coach level
  • and are these numbers any different for people who have first completed the practitioner or coach trainings?

Knowing this data will help me get an understanding of the investment it will take to become a certified coach so I can then evaluate if this is something I want to/can pursue. It would be of great help!

These are good questions! I don't have the data available offhand, but I'm looking into whether it can be put together for you.

Thanks [@mention:549059653898032589] for these questions! I did the Practitioner and Coaching last year and this 2019 would like to certify myself as Coach, but I totally agree with your questions.
