That’s my first post in the community. At the beginning I’d like to say that I’m really happy that I can improve the Holacracy attitude in my company. It is true that we are still a young Holacracy’s Company (almost one year). After intense 9 months of creating new reality, I am standing before a real challenge. The first recruitment process.
I’m looking for some inspiration for the recruitment process. Did you hear anything about any interesting examples of implementations, case studies or just examples of job offers - I’ll be grateful for any ideas or inspiration. My main challenge is “how to describe our reality to the external word - in a clear and efficient way”.
