In our practice group a proposa was presented which was a symptom of another / the actual tension. 

Now I am trying to make an overvieuw of the issues that you might come accros as a fasilitator when people are presenting their proposals:

1 Multiple tensions in one proposal
2 Proposal leads to project or next action
3 Proposal is about resources
4 Proposal .....

Can someone help me complete
