I'm curious if anyone else has any experience with partners playing politics around Lead Link role assignments. 

How do you handle:

Partners being offended or upset by a lead link removing them from a role.

Lead Link's using role assignments as a political play, to get something from someone.

Partners working to convince a Lead Link they 'deserve' a particular desired role.

When a partner doesn't want the role the Lead Link assigns them.

Lead Link's removing someone from a role because they didn't take on a specific project.
