Hello, has anyone on-boarded Virtual Assistants (VA) into your team? There are a lot of websites like Fiverr.com and Upwork.com where you can hire people to specific tasks like content writing, programming, SEO, graphic designing, customer service etc..

Often these people are located in Asia, so there may be also some cultural differences how we are used to behaving in organizations.

Just considering how the engagement level may vary when you hire someone through these services standing there as a middleman...

So does anyone have experience if onboarding process differs somehow with VAs?

Or any other tips or thoughts about this topic?
