New Subcircle Meeting - Scheduling/Facilitator/Secretary

Not found in constitution - first time a new circle meets:

  • Who has responsibility to call/schedule?
  • Who facilitates initial governance meeting re: elections
  • Who records governance of first meeting elections

 

Constitution is helpful with surrogate for absent partners in elected roles, and I could stretch that section to interpret, but there aren't really absent elected partners in the instance of first meeting.

[@mention:454478741268114544] I use Section 5.3 and my interpretation is that the Lead Link may define some initial structure for such new circle and schedule the first governance meeting during which elections will be held.
