Hello! I'm wondering how Holacracy deals with tactical meetings and multi-filled roles. In our company many roles are multi-filled. Usually not everyone is able to attend the tactical meetings and we skip project updates because the person, who is assigned to it, is not there. Can other roles expect an update from people that fill the same role as the person that has a project assigned to themselves? Or are actually all people in the circle filling roles supposed to attend the tactical meeting? Thanks for your help.
