In my company we're trying to build a workforce to work on the Holacracy expansion. So we assign motivated partners to fill a "Trainer" role into a dedicated circle.
However this "Trainer" role needs some investment (training, etc.) so we would like that the partners to agree on committing themselves to work at least xx% of their time to that role (let's say for one year at least)
Those partners have other roles outside that dedicated circle. That' part of the issue.
What would be a good way to address that tension ?
