Dear CoP members,

I realized that the Lead Link has no Domain concerning "Metrics assignment". However, he has an accountability stating that he must do so.

I wonder, can other circle members assign metrics to themselves when the Lead Link is absent, for example? In my interpretation the answer is YES, even if he is not, as an accountability does not restrict other roles.

What are your thoughts? Thanks!
