Maintenance Window Update - Jan 20/21

Hey everyone! Update on the maintenance window - everything went suspiciously well last night, and GlassFrog was back up for us by 3am EST/9am CET and we're seeing that it is up across the world. But we've gotten reports from a few folks that they are still seeing the maintenance page with the lily pads. If you're seeing that page still, your hosting providers are probably still  updating their records.

If you're still seeing the page, let us know. We expect that most folks are up now, but technically, it can take 24-48 hours for some ISPs to get their records updated. GlassFrog is up and happily hopping along, so you may still see emails from activity by others in your org (though, hopefully they're having a restful weekend!).

Thanks [@mention:449833773730792463] for heads-up. We're still seeing the maintenance page here in Paris.

We're finding that some folks are using old urls that start with glassfrog.holacracy.org instead of https://app.glassfrog.com, so if you're using the older version, that could be causing trouble. We're looking into it, but in the meantime, if you can visit via https://app.glassfrog.com (and update your bookmarks), maybe that will fix it for you.

I've had to update my bookmarks and search shortcuts after today's GlassFrog update.

It made me think it could be useful for others if I posted two methods for how to set up GlassFrog search shortcuts to save some time:

Alexia, I've informed my clients but it would be great to have a banner informing all the user that they need to update their bookmarks and stuff.

Margaux,

Thanks! We fixed it by adding a redirect - I didn't want anyone to be stuck out of GF while we got it fixed up.  We weren't intending to retire the old urls like that and plan to make it less abrupt when we do!
