We have a very small company (4-5 people) and I want to experiment with Holacracy (or at least the concepts of it that can apply to such a small group.)

I set up a basic circle on GlassFrog about a year ago, when I started looking into that and just went back in and noticed that the single circle for our company (since we are that small I think it makes sense to start with one circle and only expand  this if a specific tension requires us to set up any sub-circles) does not have a lead-link role. How is this possible? How do I create a lead-link? The only 2 core roles are facilitator and secretary.
