Policy:

"All governance proposals made via GlassFrog outside of a formal Governance Meeting, in any Circle in the Organization, are automatically accepted after 3 days unless escalated to a meeting. Each individual Circle may change this limit for their own Circle via a Policy if desired."

What domain is it connected to and how does it limit or grant authority? Feels like a stretch on the definition of a policy to me.... Thoughts?
