Just wanted to chime in here, just in case there are fellow enthusiasts in the same area (Jakarta, Indonesia)

We have been implementing Holacracy for the past 2 years with lots of challenges .

Talking with a group of people in this area facing the same sort of cultural and habit challenges will help immensely...
