hi Ewa, next to the workshop 'the municipality as a speedboat' that Marco and I hosted, as Tom mentioned, I am currently involved in a holacracy implementation in a waterboard (Dutch: waterschap), which is very similar organized as a municipality, including a 'water-major' and an elected 'water-council'

Do I understand correctly that the City of Amsterdam and the City of Venlo are already working on the basis of Holacracy or they implemented some parts?

Yes!

Waterboard is same as water supply?

No. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_board_(Netherlands) . Hard to imagine I guess when your own country is not(partly) at or below sea level  :-)
