Maybe it could sound as a basic question but how would you apply Holacracy in a projectized organization? I will explain with some additional details...Consider a company with traditional organizations as Finance, HR, Sourcing and so on, but additionally to that there are additional areas/groups responsible to deliver projects to the end customer including Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Engineers and so on. Since Holacracy is based on roles should I consider each project as a circle with their own purpose, roles and governance?
