I'm looking for some support from those who have had more experience.
I feel pretty comfortable when governance issues come up in a tactical meeting, coaching the proposer through taking on a next action to bring it forward and perhaps even making a request for a temporary action from roles until the next governance meeting.
I'm feeling uncomfortable with when tactical issues come up at a governance meeting. I'd love to hear some strategies for handling that (if it really doesn't stem from governance).
Last just some strategies for explaining the reason the two meetings are separated for those who are new to Holacracy.
