Global Checklists and Metrics

Hi! A couple of questions about Global Checklists and Metrics.

Does your organization utilize Global Checklists and Metrics? Can you give me some examples of useful (and not-so-useful) ones that you've tried?

Which role (or roles) have the authority to add/remove Global Checklists and Metrics? Is it the Lead Link of the GCC?
