Glassfrog proposal out of meeting

Hi Brian, we struggle to use the proposal builder in glassfrog. The governance proposals out of governance may be escalated to meeting, but the proposer doesn’t know which roles objected or accepted. It might be usefull to know, in order to ask for a leaner tension integration immediately (instead of waiting for the next governance meeting).

Also if a proposal is not escalated, it would be usefull if it was automatically accepted in glassfrog.

Are there any functions in glassfrog that would help?

Or are you working on this issues?

Yes there is a function in GlassFrog. It's a parameter for each circle you have to set up accordingly with a policy which determines the number of days for answer. If no answer after the specified delay and no request for escalating, GlassFrog will do the update automatically.

Click on the icon next to the name of the circle, a window will be opened by GlassFrog and you may add the number of days required.

Hi Simon,

There's instructions for what Bernard Marie is describing in this FAQ article - setting the time until proposals are autoaccepted.

We don't show who escalated proposals out of governance because of the politics it could cause, but I do have a feature request in GlassFrog's backlog for future development to allow you to edit and resubmit a proposal, so hopefully that will make the async proposal process a bit faster.
