I'm using glassfrog in my business and interested in trying to invite a board I am a part of to begin using it but I'm curious what other Non-Profit, 501c3 boards do about record keeping because the board I sit on seems to think that meeting minutes need to be archived and saved indefinitely. I know there are some history functions but I'm not quite clear how to balance the necessary record keeping in Glassfrog. Thanks!
