to what degree are you using the Holacracy competency models found here and have created further ones for specific roles to get a better understanding what exact competency you might require for a role to be fulfilled?
We are trying to nail down what e.g. "self-management" really means for us in regards to:
- Sensing tensions
- Processing tensions
- Processing requests
but also in terms of:
- Managing time
- Giving and requesting feedback
- Being driven by purpose
because we want to create a general competency model for partners at our firm, but also are looking into creating specific competency models for other roles.
I am looking for help in the community. Does anyone have further experience in this and can maybe even share some resources?
