A client asked me if there was a way to go into GlassFrog and edit past meeting outputs so that those who subscribe to the circle cannot view confidential information. I went into Glassfrog and checked it out. I don't think a user can edit past meeting outputs. I can understand why it is not an option. I wanted to double check before responding to the client.
After learning about the subscription option, she and her circle members want to edit the history in order to censor privately discussed matters that should not be disclosed to the reset of the organization. They do not want to delete material, but rather use initials or abbreviated words to not fully disclose private information that is brought up in their meetings.
