Hello folks,

I am having some questions about committees in Holacracy. For example, let´s say that in a hierarchical company there is a committee of three people, responsible to deliberate for the company´s strategic planning. This committee has the Strategic Planning domain, and in a regular meeting they make the decisions by consensus. 

How to to this in Holacracy?

a) No, committees are not allowed;

b) I can create a Role with the Strategic Planning domain, put the three souls in the Role and put a Policy that this domain can only be affected through the regular meeting;

c) I can create a Circle and three Roles, put the domain in the Circle and put this policy that the roles can affect the domain only through the regular meeting;

d) I can do something through cross-links;

e) Tell me what´s your opinion
