In an attempt to streamline our practice, we've decided to move ahead and collapse our sub-circles up into our General Company Circle. We are a small firm and found ourselves having fairly duplicative tactical meetings across the sub-circles.
Has anyone else done this? Are there any suggestions or pitfalls I should be aware of? The entire firm is on board with the change, but I'd like to make sure I am taking as much as I can into consideration while crafting this proposal for an upcoming governance meeting.
