Is there any way possible to add a calendar function for the Secretary to use? That way when a meeting is called, they can just go to the calendar for that circle and say when the meeting is and if it's going to be a tactical or governance. 

I was checking out holaSpirit and noticed that. It seems super useful. Also, it only allows the secretary to schedule them.
