Book: Why Greatness Cannot Be Planned: The Myth of the Objective

Hello Holacracy Practitioners!
I came across this very interesting book called Why Greatness Cannot Be Planned: The Myth of the Objective. by Kenneth Stanley and Joel Lehman
Just from the title and even more so while reading it, I found it to be an exploration of the idea of "Dynamic Steering"
Here are some quotes from the book:
Being open and flexible to opportunity is sometimes more important than knowing what you're trying to do.
To arrive somewhere remarkable we must be willing to hold many paths open without knowing where they might lead.
Almost no prerequisite to any major invention was invented with that invention in mind.
A talk by the author:
So if someone is interested to read more about why defining Goals and Targets may not be the best way to achieve greatness, you'll find great insights in this book.
Enjoy reading!
