We've been practicing Holacracy for perhaps 2 years now and I'd like to implement Checklists, where we haven't been using these in our Tactical Meetings.
I struggle with the part they play/how to implement them to achieve optimum benefit.
Questions for Me:
- We don't necessarily want to put everything on checklist so what sort of considerations should we make for what we aim to include and what we don't?
- What are we missing by not using Checklists?
- How do Checklists better serve a circle's lead link?
- Benefits to other members of a circle by having Checklists?
If anyone knows of good tutorial info or detailed info on how to make Checklists effective this would be helpful as well.
