Hello!
My question is about distributed authority: “decisions are made locally by the individual”. The Holacracy is about the equity, and no one can tell his colleague what and how to do. Everybody makes decisions through “inner consulting” (I`ve met this term in the book Reinventing organizations by Frederic Laloux). So if it works this way, I have a question – In real life we often face the situation of natural hierarchy – when more experiences people take the advantage in front of the apprentices. So how is authority distributed in the group represented with people of different level of skills and experience? Thank you in advance!
