Hello all,

Yesterday I posted an article on Medium called The Most Dangerous Notion in "Reinventing Organizations". I touch on Holacracy (in a positive way I think!) but mostly am critiquing one aspect of the book by Frederic Laloux. I would love to hear your thoughts!
