I am pretty sure this is the first italian implementation of a certain scale ( employees in the hundreds) a great starting point in a country crippled by the most dangerous organizational anti-patterns... 

 A great example I can mention to the skeptics, against their "mediterranean mindset incompatibility"  argument !
