Dear All,

We at SmartHOTEL B.V. would love to implement a montly metric to measure a value that shows us how we do on implementing Holacracy within the GCC and its subcircles.

Does anyone has a great idea on what or how to measure the value of implementation? 

I could imagine that we score the usage of glassfrog but that does not say everything about the maturity phase of Holacracy we are in at a certain point.
