[@mention:450678740272473756] Sounds clear to me! When an asynchronous proposal is accepted, GF is automatically updated and an email containing the minutes is sent by GF to every circle member. You may also see the minutes in the history section with a specific icon that indicates this is a result of an out of governance meeting.
