• Be sure that the tension is grounded in day to day activity of the organization
• Try to express the tension trough this user story format:
"As <role>, I want <goal/desire> so that <benefit>."
• Ask for a tension driven starting  proposal, even weird
• Rely in the governance process as a "grinder"
