Does this mean that the facilitator can choose to discard the proposal even if a raised objection is not valid?  What if someone asks the facilitator to test the objection, and it does turn out to be invalid?  Is the facilitator obligated to proceed with the candidate, or is it at his/her discretion?

If the Obj. is deemed invalid after testing during Obj. Round, as a Facilitator I wouldn't allow myself to discard the proposal (as there is no Obj.) and I would finish the Obj. Round.

If the Obj. is deemed invalid after testing during Integration, assuming that there are no other Objections, as a Facilitator I would go back to an Objection Round.

If the Obj. is deemed invalid after testing during Integration AND there are other Objections captured to be integrated, I may as Facilitator discard the proposal as I do interpret end of Section 3.3.6 (f) - *at any point during the integration step*.
