I've been implementing Holacracy in two organizations in India. One is a consulting company, and the other is in Property Development.
I was initially skeptical, but after a few meetings I was surprised how well the team members embraced this new way of working.
We are having challenges, but they're the good type of challenges which force us to ask ourselves important questions that enable us to grow.
