I just noticed that in the Constitution 4.1, 4.2.3 (d) lists it as Progress Updates instead of Project, and it allows sharing updates on Accountabilities as well. How exactly is this facilitated? Should we ask for updates on the Projects listed in GlassFrog, and also ask each individual if they want to share any other updates on Projects or Accountabilities?
The way we do it is that in Tactical Meetings, the Facilitator asks the Role holder: "@Rolename: Any updates from your Role?" - the Role Holder then chooses what is relevant to share. We no longer have the facilitator go through the individual projects - that's up for anyone to do if they are interested. (In Triage: "Hey, @Role, you didn't share about your project X: What is the status there?")
