I'm practicing Holacracy and have been using Glassfrog for several years in France, with French speaking companies. Even if GlassFrog not localized, it doesn't seems to cause problems to users.

Actually, there are only a few words to know (role, purpose, accountability, domain, policy, checklist, metrics, project, issue, item, etc.) and for more difficult expressions the Facilitator is supposed to help the circle members. It 'll be easier if the Secretary speaks a little English.

Obviously, Facilitator previously attending a Practitionner training (in english) would be really helpfull for the company...

Hope that help's.

Thanks a lot Jean-Michel, I'll probably take a look at the trial of Glassfrog and go through the interface to see if the translation of the Constitution would benefit from some extra clarifying words or some translator notes, to improve the alignment with Glassfrog.

I know by direct experience french people are not the most keen to foreign word assimilation, if they have managed to survive these issues I am hoping italians will do as well ;-)
